Here at Suncoast, we charge based on a monthly package rate once your books are current. If not current with your books, we also offer set-ups, catch-ups, and clean-ups!

Basic to Advanced Bookkeeping Starting at $200/mo
$200 base rate – this price is for business owners who’s books are fully caught up and compliant with all current taxes.
✓ Up to 150 transactions per month
✓ 3 bank accounts or credit cards
✓ Reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts
✓ Basic Monthly Financials (P&L and Balance Sheet)
✓Additional services offered but will increase monthly package
QBO or Xero Set-up, catch-up, Clean-up
$40/hr or a lump sum pricing available after Consultation and Review of your books.
✓ Catch up your books if they’re behind
✓ Complete new business set-up in QBO or Xero
✓ Transition to Recurring after. Rates start at $200/mo based on your business needs
Additional Services Available upon request for an additional monthly fee:
- Payroll via Gusto or QBO
- Accounts Payable

- Advanced Reporting
- 1099 filing (subject to hourly fee + document fee)
- Out of Scope Meetings and Consultations
